I have spent 20 years in tech ops and systems. Most of that time was inside companies where the work had gotten heavier than it needed to be. Tools everywhere. Ownership fuzzy. New people waiting on someone who already had too much in their head.

I started HELIX360 to put that work in one place. The Brief is how I share it. Clarity Calls, onboarding, and embedded help are how I do it with a team when the writing is not enough.
