I don’t sell playbooks. I embed with your team. If delivery “works” but feels fragile, incidents, bottlenecks, messy handoffs, I help you stabilize fast and build a weekly operating rhythm you can trust.

If you’re leading a $10M+ healthcare services company, you’ve probably felt this shift already.

Growth is happening, but the way the business runs feels heavier than it used to.

Delivery still works, but it’s more fragile. A few people carry too much of the load. Interruptions are frequent. Decisions take longer because the signal isn’t as clear as it once was.

What’s changed isn’t effort.

It’s scale.

I’m Chet, Founder of HELIX360. I embed as a Fractional CTO alongside founders and CEOs at this exact stage, when the business has outgrown the systems that once held it together.

For more than 15 years, I’ve led technology and operations across healthcare and other regulated environments. I’ve seen the same pattern repeat: companies reach meaningful revenue before their operating system is ready to support the complexity that comes with it. When that gap appears, the cost is rarely obvious at first. It shows up quietly, in margin erosion, leadership fatigue, delivery risk, and growing dependence on a handful of key people.

My role isn’t to “fix IT” or advise from the sidelines. I embed with leadership as a Fractional CTO, helping stabilize how work actually flows across people, process, and platforms, so the business becomes easier to run again.

In healthcare, that also means treating security and HIPAA compliance as part of the operating system, not a separate initiative. Practical, governable, integrated, and built to support the business rather than slow it down.

The work is centered on restoring a calm operating rhythm:

• ownership is clear

• handoffs are predictable

• risk is visible

• leaders can make decisions with confidence

The framework I use, The Helix Method™, is designed to stabilize before it optimizes. Progress compounds without forcing a disruptive transformation or overwhelming the team.

If your company is growing and the systems are starting to lag behind the ambition, you’re not broken, and neither is your team.

You’ve simply reached the point where leadership requires a stronger operating system.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me experimenting with fusion cooking, making music for fun, or chasing whatever adventure is nearby. Systems thinking follows me everywhere, timing, flow, feedback, and outcomes tend to matter whether I’m in a boardroom or a kitchen.

If any of this resonates, I’m always open to connecting, sometimes the most valuable conversations start without an agenda.

If you’d like to take the next step, book a Business Clarity Call and we’ll map a 60–90 day path forward.
